A: Just become an official member of Chix- give us 48 hours- and your account will be set to reflect your discounts whenever you are signed in and shopping.
Q: What do I need to do to get to a higher discount level?
A: In a word: Shop. Every lovely item in our Closette has a point value assigned to it. Accumulate the points, and you will be handsomely rewarded.

Every time you are signed in as a Chix member and make a purchase on our website, the specified points for that product will be automatically added to your Chix account. Each discount level is awarded a new and more generous level of discounting. Once you hit certain Chix account levels, your account will automatically be configured for the next highest discounted rate and you will be notified by email.
Make sure that you are signed in before making a purchase, otherwise we have no way of knowing whose account to deposit the dollars into! When you're signed in and shopping, your personal discounted price will appear next to your fab fashion find so you always know the exact (sweet) deal you're getting.
These discounted prices never expire, and there is no limit to the amount of times you can use them... that means the savings never end for you ladies!
The dollar amount of any returned merchandise will be deducted from your Chix account, as well as any negative price difference there might be for an exchange. Alternatively, any positive price difference there might be for a merchandise exchange will be added to your account!
